If you decide to give us your property to sell or to let, we will, in arrangement with you, visit the property to get all details and make pictures of the property.
The detailes and pictures of your property will be advertised on our web site. This web site is visted daily by many people, both from Botswana and outside. Your property will have a good exposure to those looking for property.
At regular times we will advertise in the local press in which adverts it is likely to have your property listed as well.
Once your property is in our books, we will actively look for a tenant or a buyer. Once we have found a tenant, we will introduce him/her to you, make a lease agreement and make arrangements for payment of the security deposit and first month rental. If you are selling your property and we have found a buyer, we will collect all necessary documents for bank and attorneys, in order to make the sale a fact and the transfer of the property is done.
Our charges
Advertising your property on the web site and in local press is free of charge.
Our fee for finding a tenant and actually renting out your property is equal to one month rental of the property.*
Our fee for finding a buyer and actually selling your property is equal to 5% of the actual sales price.*
* please note that these fees are exclusive of 10% VAT.
Examples:
RVM Property Consultants rents out your property for a monthly rental of P 5,500.00. The fee you will be charged is: P 6,050.
(P 5,500.00 + 10% VAT).
RVM Property Consultants sells your property for a sales price
of P 845,000. The fee you will be charged is P 46,475.00
(5% of P 845,000 + 10% VAT)
