What is property management?
If RVM Property Consultants is managing your property, we will look after your property and your tenant. Our property management is the following:
- make sure the property is rented out.
- collect the monthly rentals and deposit in your account.
- attend to tenant's complaints and problems.
- arrange for minor repairs and maintenance.
- communicate with you on major repairs and maintenance work. We can manage major works at an extra fee.
- arrange for extensions of lease or search for new tenants, which ever might be applicable at the end of a lease term.
We will provide you with a monthly statement on rental payments and paid costs on the property.
Our fees for managing your property are 10% of the monthly rental of the property (excl VAT).
The charges for extending a lease or finding a new tenant are not included in the monthly management fee.
